Introducing Psychology as the Science of Conflict Resolution
You are invited to one of three retreats:
December 19 – 21, 2025, Rethinking Psychology as the Science of Conflict Resolution. January 2 – 4, 2026, Rethinking Education attaining the three objectives of the core curriculum. March 6 – 8, 2026, Rethinking Religions as complementary discoveries of science.
Dear Colleagues, I have worked hard for many years in studying the creative process, reflecting the unconscious as a scientific conflict resolution phenomenon. I have completed many studies, validations and applications of this conceptualization, contained in ten volumes of research. I have also established in Manchester VT a wonderful study center for the new concepts and technologies. The study center consists of many buildings, the principle being the Wilburton Inn, incorporated as the Art to Science, inc. The inn is the location of the Museum of the Creative Process consisting of multiple art exhibits illustrating the scientific analysis of the creative process.
To launch the Formal Theory of Behavior, validated into the Science of Conflict Resolution, I would like to invite fellow professionals to three free weekend retreats to Manchester, VT. Each retreat will have a different focus:
December 19 - 21, 2025:
Rethinking Psychology as the Science of Conflict Resolution, clarifying the scientific understanding of the unconscious, wellness diagnoses, assessments measuring the unconscious and morality as innate.
January 2 – 4, 2026:
Rethinking Education as attaining the three objectives of the core curriculum: the integration of art and science, self-knowledge, and clarity of moral values.
March 6 – Sunday, March 8, 2026:
Rethinking Religions as moral monopolies becoming accountable to science and integrated into the Moral Science, also revising prayers celebrating conflict resolution awareness.
The retreats introduce the creative process reflecting the unconscious as a scientific conflict-resolution mechanism, that is graphically portrayable, diagnostically qualifiable, measurable, moral order entity. Through this construct, emotions are understood evolving as a syndrome, a chain reaction, following scientific laws of energy and attitude transformation. The syndromes evolve toward four alternative types of conflict resolution, four relational modalities, wellness diagnoses, a personality typology.
I will present four validations of the Formal Theory:
Viewing art exhibits to recognize the scientific system of six emotions predictably evolving to four types of resolutions.
Utilizing the Conflict Analysis Battery, a self-assessment as a concise program of emotional education,
Studying world religions as sanctifications of the relational modalities of the prophets, integrated into Psychology as the Moral Science.
Finally training AI with the Formal Theory into becoming Artificial General Intelligence, able to analyze any text as a measurable conflict resolution entity.
I will make available, free of charge, four volumes on the Formal Theory to the participants: Conflict Analysis the Formal Theory of Behavior, Science Stealing the Fire of the Gods, The Moral Science Primer, and the Conflict Analysis Training.
The gatherings, as think tanks, are opportunities to question our findings. I welcome colleagues to collaborate in research projects.
Space is limited. Please RSVP to reserve your place completing the form below. The selection of participants will favor seniority in academic expertise on the respective topics.
