A CONCISE PROGRAM OF EMOTIONAL EDUCATION

HEALING OURSELVES AND HEALING OUR WORLD

Usually delivered the last weekend of each month beginning March 27-29, 2020 Friday through Sunday: Weekend workshops for the general public are informative of the science introducing the concepts viewing art exhibits but also sampling personal creativity for self-discovery. Tuition is $300 per person. Lodging and meals are additional expenses. Contact the Museum located at the Wilburton Inn for additional information and reservations.

Presenters are psychiatrist, author and curator, Dr. Albert Levis and his children, Max Levis PhD, and Melissa Levis MFA, We welcome you to  fascinating weekend retreats of intellectual discovery and personal relevance. Albert Levis pioneered the Moral Science, founded on the scientific analysis of the creative process as a conflict resolution process reflecting the unconscious. The conflict resolution mechanism revamps psychology and integrates religions as complementary discoveries of science . Exhibits and your own sampling creativity illustrates the Conflict Resolution Process and how it manifests along four relational modalities as wellness diagnoses and a six-role state pattern guiding you to optimizing conflict resolutions.

FRIDAY NIGHT WELCOME RECEPTION

INTRODUCTION TO THE CREATIVE PROCESS AS A SCIENTIFIC CONFLICT RESOLUTION PHENOMENON

REVAMPING PSYCHOLOGY’S CONCEPTS AND INTEGRATING RELIGIONS INTO THE MORAL SCIENCE

6:30 - 8:30PM

Challenging our contemporary understanding of the unconscious, of the medicalized diagnostic categories, of the current atheoretical approaches to psychological assessment, as well as the divisive theistic moral paradigms Levis and associates present the scientific understanding of the creative process, reflecting the unconscious need for conflict resolution as the integrative paradigm. The unconscious is manifested in all samples of creativity as an orderly conflict resolution phenomenon. This orderly unconscious is a measurable entity illustrated with the art exhibits of the Museum of the Creative Process and by using creativity for self discovery. Conflict resolution leads to four alternative ways of resolving conflict. These are the diagnostic categories as a wellness personality typology, four syndromal relational modalities. These are readily identified using the Conflict Analysis Battery leading to self-discovery and actionable insights. The conflict resolution alternatives and the formal analysis of stories reconciles religions as a continuum of complementary discoveries of the alternative ways of resolving conflicts that have evolved sequentially improving the family institution. Religions as advocates of alternative ways of resolving conflicts represent divisive moral monopolies. Moral Monopoly is a card game of cultural stories identifying religions as discoveries of how to improve family relations. The Moral Science helps them to complete their mission for peace in the world.

SATURDAY MORNING SESSION 9-12AM MUSEUM OF THE CREATIVE PROCESS GUIDED TOUR OF THE SANCTUARY AND THE SCULPTURAL TRAIL IN THE HISTORY OF LOVE

Wilburton Inn Campus

The guided tour of the art exhibits illustrates the conflict resolution process manifested as the dialectic evolution of religions, in the formal relationship between the  canvases of an artist as a series of conflict resolutions and, in the formal analysis of the four key metaphors of the Wizard of Oz. The walk through the sculptural trail in the history of love retraces the evolution of religions as discoveries of the alternative ways in resolving conflicts restructuring the family institution. The sculptural installations demonstrate continuity as the shifting of power in family relations from the cruel Matriarchal Mother Earth Goddess of Mexico, to the "fight or flight" Helen of Troy, to powerful Kali and consort Shiva inspiring asceticism, then to the powerful dragons of Japan commanding authority over the Geishas to the emergence of a powerful seductress Ishtar of the Gilgamesh epic that inspired temptress Eve, to the monotheistic religions of the Bible, that inspired  the father-son covenant and the messianic mother-child alliances. The trail focuses on a paradigm shift from the content of stories to identifying the process as what is universal in all stories: conflict resolution as a science entailing the scientific principles of conflict resolution: cooperation, moderation and mutual respectas as the universal moral values.

SATURDAY AFTERNOON SESSIONS 2-5PM:  THE GORSKI RETROSPECTIVE: IDENTIFYING THE PATTERN

Moral Science Project, 3814 Main Street, across from the Taconic Hotel. Manchester Village  VIEWING THE RETROSPECTIVE 2 - 3 PM

The Henry Gorski, retrospective of figurative expressionism introduces the scientific way of looking at art as cycles of conflict resolution. Paintings are organized as cycles of conflict resolution. Each cycle shows a new phase of emotional and spiritual growth.

Viewing the Village Sculpture Park, behind the Moral Science Project 3 - 4 PM

This outdoor sculptural exhibit uses the Conflict Analysis Battery’s metaphor creation assignments in capturing a person’s conflict resolution process. It illustrates Dr Levis’ use of art in reconstructing the process evolving from his childhood memories of the holocaust to the resolution of his conflicts evolving the Moral Science.

COMPLETING A SELF-ASSESSMENT IDENTIFYING THE PERSONAL CONFLICT RESOLUTION PROCESS 4PM -5PM

At this point participants are invited to experience the creative process for self-discovery. An art exercise, the brief self-assessment helps to identify one’s relational modality wellness personality type, and also to recognize the pattern in its manifestation as the six role process.  Participants are invited to share their insights developed through their creativity for self-discovery.

SUNDAY MORNING SESSION 10-12PM: MORAL MONOPOLY: THE GAME, POLITICAL RELEVANCE: HEALING THE PERSON AND THE WORLD

Wilburton Inn,

Participants retrace historic and mythic sagas from Mexico, Ancient Greece, India and Mesopotamia learning how religions evolved as discoveries of the universal principles of conflict resolution: cooperation, moderation, and mutual respect. Religions are seen as en evolution of the family resolving conflicts and improving relationships from Matriarchy, to Patriarchy, Ascetisism to Monotheism. The Moral Science integrates them to discover the condition for religions to complete their mission, bringing peace to the world. It is introducing mutual respect between the genders.. We will address questions such as how do we build consensus, and mental health in the family, the classroom and the workplace.
